We had a wonderful stay. Quiet location. Home had everything we needed. The back yard was the highlight! Our family greatly enjoyed the pool, spa, large connect 4, mini putt and corn hole. We did pay the additional fee for pool heating and it was very comfortable. Vacasa was responsive to any questions we had. We hope to visit again!

Home was accurately depicted on the website. Very clean and welcoming! We paid extra for pool heating and were pleased with the temperature. Enjoyed the spacious backyard especially the fire pit, hot tub and outdoor televisions. Outdoor fridge was a nice bonus and the grill worked well. Loved the open floor plan. Quiet neighborhood and everything we wanted to see and do was within a 25 minute drive. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and clean, and the house was well supplied with everything that we needed. The neighborhood was very nice and close to shopping and restaurants. We had a little difficulty confirming all the costs for the pool heat. Pool heat is supplied by a third party so it had to be purchased separately. There is a service fee in addition to the $85 a day plus tax. The last day of our stay, the pool was not as warm as the first two days, but overall our host was responsive in trying to resolve this issue.

I will be staying here again! Very pricey to heat the pool, so opted out at this time, but wasn’t necessary with the hot weather. Extremely well cleaned and maintained. All amenities and inclusions were new, if not brand new and were beyond expectation.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at this great property. It was clean and well equipped to handle our family. Lots to enjoy. My only sadness was the pool. We paid a lot to have it heated and it was cold when we arrived. They did get the heat going for us but the hot tub never got hot enough to really relax and enjoy and the pool heat only ran at night and it cooled off during the day. Perhaps if the weather outside would have been warmer then it would have been great but we still found both the hot tubs be the pool a little to cool to enjoy.Other than that a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale. The house was very clean and the back yard was very nice and peaceful. It was close to Kierland Commons and the Marriott which we went to for a week conference. We had a very enjoyable few days here. It was larger than expected, very clean and well appointed. The agents were very friendly and responsive and jumped straight on a problem with the spa heat which was fixed quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and i enjoyed this home immensely. The inside of the home is clean and spacious, plenty of room for the four of us. The outdoor living space is paradise and is just as gorgeous as the photos. How to heat the pool/spa and turn on the fire features was not entirely clear but we managed. There are floaties in the shed by the putting green, dusty but useable. The ice maker in the fridge did have a challenge keeping up with us with the heatwave while there. There are all kids of appliances, dishes and utensils for cooking. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathing. There were box fans in each room as well as the ceiling fan for anyone that was hot or need to sleep with the fan on. It was an excellent trip with an excellent stay.

Very nice place for 4 people, kind of compact but overall very nice and beautiful backyard. Location is in front of a middle school with a a decent amount of traffic often. Clean and good amount of useful supplies. Tv remotes didn’t have batteries and wasn’t able to get tvs in bedrooms to work.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood in Scottsdale. The home is immaculate and had everything we needed to never want to leave. It’s big, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to feel right at home. We loved cooking in the large kitchen and BBQing, and with fans in every room, it was a dreamy place to relax. The ledge in the pool was perfect for our toodler. Highly recommend this gem for a perfect family getaway!

We planned a girls trip to Scottsdale and everyone loved the house. It was extremely clean and well decorated. We're all in our thirties and can't handle the tiny cramped places we would have stayed when we were younger and everyone raved about this house. The beds were all really comfortable. The backyard was gorgeous and the house had plenty of bath and beach towels and was very well stocked with kitchen pots/pans/utensils.

Both the adults and kids really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t leave that backyard except to sleep. We were swimming, hot tubbing, putting, ate meals out there, and enjoyed the fire/lounge area each night & morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We were 10-15 min from groceries, restaurants, hiking, etc. so the location was super convenient. My only negative feedback is around check in and heating the pool. Our flight arrived super early, so we reached out midday to see if the place would be ready early. We received an automated response that we would receive a text when the place was ready. We never received a text so we went to the house at 4pm at check-in, no earlier. I wish we would have received the text when it was actually ready. Even an hour early would have been nice. Cost to heat the pool was really significant, but we decided to do it so the kids could enjoy the water regardless of temperatures. We were told it takes five days to heat the pool and that there were guests staying on site checking out the day before we were checking in. If that’s true, the guests before and after us enjoyed the pool heat at our expense. Additionally, we don’t think the pool heat was actually working. The hot tub worked and overflows to the pool. That’s where the heat was coming from. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely recommend others stay here!

This place was above and beyond what we expected. The beds were all so comfy, house super clean and well appointed. Lots of little perks like games, floaties, outdoor fridge, well labeled remote controls and light switches throughout. Kitchen had a great inventory of pots/ pans/ cooking utensils. Good spice selection. Outdoor space was great. Couldnt ask for much more. Heated pool and hottub worked seamlessly, this was important to us as we were visiting from Canada to warm up. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would come back and recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, putting green, grill, bar, etc … was outstanding. Our weather was cool, but the heated pool was worth the cost and we enjoyed the hot tub every day. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to use. A couple suggestions … some instructions for using the TV remotes and gas fire pit and pots. Some towel racks in the master bath are needed. A clock on the side of the house facing the pool area would be nice too. There were only 4 beach towels which was fine for us, but not enough if more than 4 people were staying here. We were told there was only a drip coffee maker, but it did have a beautiful Keurig coffee maker. The second bedroom with queen size bed could use a night stand on both sides, not just one. The arcade game was a bust, very difficult to understand how to use and lousy games on it from what we could tell. The board game selection was well worn and not very interesting, but as long as the weather is nice who needs board games with that backyard! Overall we were very happy with the house and would stay here again if returning to the Scottsdale area.

We loved it all. It was a great location to everything we love in Scottsdale. The house was better than the pictures. Very spacious. But the backyard pool was the money. You have your own private resort. We woke up to a swim, ate all meals under the pergola, and stayed there the rest of the day. Then ended the night with a dip in the hot tub. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb types and this was the best. Even those that cost 3x as much. Modern, clean, and that backyard! I will definitely stay here again. If I ever moved to Scottsdale I would offer to buy this house. I loved it to much. You should rent it!

This house was perfect for my sister's bachelorette weekend with 6 people. We spent the day by the pool and appreciated that the house had pool floaties, mini golf stuff, a cooler, and other supplies needed for a fun day in the sun. The house was a $30-$50 Uber ride from downtown Scottsdale, so we didn't do a lot of back and forth traveling. I would have loved to be allowed early check-in or later check-out but we made it work (I made a mistake and thought check-out was 11AM). Thank you for an awesome weekend!

6 of us stayed and really enjoyed the property. A few recommendations…a full length mirror would’ve been great for 6 ladies to have and also the thermostat was set not to go below 74. It was 108 degrees outside! I did speak through text with someone and they lowered it to only 71. That is the lowest we could get it to. The outdoor area was paradise!

We had the best time here. We especially loved the outdoor living area. Everything was so comfortable and the location was nice! The complaints we have are minor: the alarm to the sliding door is obnoxious. I wish there were a way to turn that off. The fridge water filter needs to be replaced. We ran out of dishwashing soap and almost out our laundry detergent. They should keep a closer on that what is stocked.

Wow. We have stayed in plenty of rental properties before and this, hands down, was the best. If you are staying in Scottsdale, this should be your first choice. Worth every penny. We are already looking at dates to return. Beautiful home inside and out. We called in advance to pay for pool heating and it was absolutely perfect. The owners have created a home that feels very welcoming and well-appointed, without feeling cluttered. Great use of space inside and out. This vacation home was absolutely everything they said it would be. It was sparkling clean, really well stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, absolutely beautiful pool and a great backyard plus it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I’ve been on. The location of this place was just minutes away from everything including shopping malls, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and fabulous dining options. Communications with Vacasa was top notch and Molly made sure we had everything we needed and was only a text away when I had a question late at night. Molly was invaluable with superb customer skills. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed!

This was a nicely remodeled house with a beautiful pool and hot tub area. The kitchen was well stocked, nice washer & dryer, beds were comfortable and location was great for going places around the Scottsdale area. The pillows were too flat for our liking but everything else was great!

House is beautifully updated with plenty of space for our group to spread out. Nice common and sitting areas. Kitchen was well appointed and big enough for people to cook and congregate. The pool and backyard are wonderful and awesome for hanging out for the day or kicking back by the fire under the gazebo after a day on the golf course.

We stayed here as part of a golf weekend, and this house was perfect for the occasion. It was nicely furnished, with everything we needed. The backyard with grill, TVs, pool, etc was the star of the show. The location is quiet/suburban, but it was pretty centrally located to lots of Scottsdale's golf courses and amenities. Great location, great amenities and an overall great value! The backyard alone serves as your own personal resort during the stay. The pool was clean, the vibe with the lighting and waterfalls were top notch. If you want the pool/spa heated be sure to request it ahead of the stay though. Two TVs on the back patio also make it a great place to cookout and watch a game, which we did. Overall very happy and would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is hands down the best house you’ll find in Scottsdale!!! Th pictures are exactly what you expect when you walk in! I’ve had my graduation party here, family reunions, girls trips, and more at this house and it’s perfect for all occasions! The pool/ cabana is amazing. This house accommodates all ages. Especially kiddos!

This property was amazing! It was exactly as depicted in the pictures. We loved it and would definitely stay again. Communication with management was almost impossible (took 3 weeks for answers to basic questions) so thankfully didn't have any problems once we got there. It was a great vacation.

Loved our stay. Everything was clean and updated. Would definitely rent this home again. Our only downfall was not being able to reach ANYONE at Vacasa. For about 2 weeks before our trip I tried calling at all ours morning, noon, night same response if you wanted to wait it was over 2 hours. I sent multiple emails with no response. We wanted to add the pool heat so the sauna was warm at night and so we could sit by the fire. We were lucky it was hot enough outside to not really make that matter. Maybe a suggestion would be to add somewhere on our account to add and pay for the fee without calling? Other then that everything was perfect!

This is a great place to stay and relax! The pool is great to beat the hot temps, and you can relax by the firepit at night. We grilled many meals and played on the arcade game for a long time. The backyard has everything you need, especially when staying in is advised. We had a great honeymoon here!

This is a perfect vacation home, with gorgeous pool, putting green, tv’s and BBQ Area. Inside kitchen has everything you need, for those who entertain a foosball table arcade and large screen TV. Loved this place !!

The pool and hot tub. The outdoor patio. And all the amenities. It felt like a 5 star resort. It was perfect. Across the street from a track where I went running every morning. During a crisis like this right now there is no better place to quarantine.

We had a really nice long weekend here. I traveled with my mom, husband and two little kids. They loved the pool and hot tub. There were some games which was nice. The house was clean with plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. The location was within minutes of any big box or chain store you could ask for - not sure if that's a plus or minus for you. It was about a 25 minute drive to downtown Scottsdale. Quiet neighborhood.

This house was perfect as it had something for everyone in the family. The outdoor pool/hot tub/putting green was just as nice in person as in the photos. It was clean, had plenty of towels, bedding and pillows. Family room and kitchen were modern and clean. Would stay there again!

This place met all our expectations. If you are travelling with children be aware that there is a play pen in the middle bedroom, and there are several pool floating toys. Perfect for a family trip. We loved the backyard with all the space. Could put the little ones down at night and use the baby monitor and be able to sit out by the fire pit and visit or use the hot tub. No concerns with this place at all. So close to shopping etc.

Vacasa Arizona worked well for our family get away. The house, pool, and patio were amazing and very clean upon our arrival. The location served us well and is near restaurants, grocery stores and other shops. Amenities were mostly great but WIFI connections were not consistent. We gave it 5 stars in all categories and would definitely consider this house for a future visit.

Great house to relax and unwind. The backyard pool and sitting areas are wonderful. Very nice and convenient to be able to use remote located by back door to turn on pool fountain, lights and spa. House seems to have been recently updated with nice finishes and decor. Great open living - dining - kitchen area, great for friends/ family entertainment. We found that arcade game was not working and reported it to property manager who quickly responded and said they would send someone over to try to fix problem. Great find, we would definitely consider staying here again if we are in the area.

We stayed here with our 4 younger kids and had a great time! The owner thought of everything in terms of keeping a family entertained while on vacation. It felt like we had our own little resort. The pool and all the extras (fire pits, golf, cornhole, board games, arcade, etc.) are fantastic! Home is as advertised, newly remodeled and nicely decorated.

We really loved the property. The back yard is exactly what you need in AZ for spring break. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The fire and seating area made cool mornings and nights comfortable. The kids loved the gold and corn hole too. It was all that we were looking for. My only suggestion would be to add more lamps in the bedrooms. I had to use my light on my phone to read at night. One lamp isn’t enough. The same was true for the other bedrooms (and even the living room) as well. Foosball was a hit too! The manager was also great. He responded immediately to a question we had about the hot tub. Great customer service. Thanks for a fabulous break!

We came out as a family of 5 for Chicago Cubs spring training. Our children (ages 9,7,5) LOVED this home. It was very comfortable with a great back yard. The home is centrally located and the staff at Vacasa was great.

Great home and amenities. Everything is as pictured, the backyard is the star of the property. It is very useful for hosting, my favorite being the bar and fire pit areas. The bar has a TV, as well as an additional seating area with a TV. The pool and hot tub are great too.

We loved the updated look and the open feeling of the house. The backyard set up was really pretty close to perfect. The pool with its water features and raised lounge deck was a highlight. The firepit area was also nice to have and was great for both morning and night…and the torches and fountains along the pool were a super fun touch! Loved having the outdoor kitchen/cooking/eating area and the outdoor TVs. The management seemed responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely go back there or recommend it to others as well.

Everything about this place is awesome! It's a very comfortable place, both inside and outside. I cannot say enough about the condition of the rental when we arrived...it seemed as though it was a new remodel and everything was super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and lots of dishes. We cooked most meals there and they had everything we needed! If I had to describe it in one word, I'd say PERFECT! For us anyway! We can't wait to go back next year!

Sigh. I’m pretty sure this house has been crafted by angles and kissed by baby Jesus. True story. I have dragged my family all over the northwest and stayed in multiple houses but this house, I do believe, is my favorite. We hit up Arizona in June. 110 degree weather. With 4 children, the youngest being 10 months. And. We. Loved. It. The backyard of this house is true perfection (think Eden meets outdoor living.) The pool. The fountains. The hot tub. The bar. The TVs (yes, there’s two!) The putting green. The fire pit. The pergola. It was a dream and my entire family pretty much lived in that backyard for an entire week straight, pausing only for sustenance and resuming play once the food was swallowed. The inside. This little house is stocked with legit pots and pans (I have four children and a starving husband) I cook a lot. Like ALOT ALOT! And most houses I stay in I have to buy a decent pan just to make food that isn’t half stuck on the pan or cooked in multiple pans because nothing is big enough to feed my starving army. Luckily, this gem of a house had a perfectly stocked house from utensils to pots and pans to cups and cooking utensils, even blankets and pillows were in abundance. Well done!! All the way around, this house was perfection!!

Love this place! We booked this house for two families for Spring Break and we loved every minute. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, arcade games and foozball. Adults loved the outdoor space and spent every evening sat around the outdoor fireplace. House is beautifully decorated and has everything you need; it felt newly done and we had no problems with anything. One thing to be aware of - listing indicates 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and pull out sofa, but the sofa is actually in the main living area. However, this didn't cause us any problems and is more of an fyi than a warning. Even in March we barely spent any time inside - this house is definitely designed for outdoor living. We requested pool heating for an extra fee and the pool and hot tub were deliciously warm (you can control temp, pool lights, etc through an app). The house is close to grocery stores, coffee, restaurants, Kierland Commons. It is opposite a fairly large school but we really didn't notice this other than seeing kids outside during PE class. I highly recommend this property and we would love to stay again!

This place was so amazing! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect! The decor, the cleanliness, and best of all, the outside area and pool. We were blown away by how clean everything was and how perfectly decorated the interior was! Highly recommended if you just want a nice, relaxing vacation by the pool (and if you rent in the winter, definitely have the pool heated, it's well worth the extra cost)!
